Thanks for stopping by my humble blog,...Hi Pierre,

Thanks for stopping by my humble blog, and thanks for liking it!
PG Aile Strike is so far my favourite Gunpla, with all pros and no cons whatsoever.

As for your question,
- for a kit large as PG, I would separate all body parts, and topcoat them individually. Same goes to MGs.
- good finding! I always bend the arms/legs all the way, topcoat it; then stretch it and topcoat it. Each step with two thin coats of topcoat. This will ensure you won't miss any part.
- (additional info) topcoat during sunny day and under shade. Topcoat doesn't like humid nor direct sunlight.

More tutorials will come, and don't hesitate to ask any questions! I'm happy to help out.Gundam Beginnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00487601405816099728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3566531518178950028.post-37409276232587151662013-04-09T07:17:25.765+10:002013-04-09T07:17:25.765+10:00Hello Gundam-beginner! your blog is really wonderf...Hello Gundam-beginner! your blog is really wonderfull! A real bible for beginner like me who likes the "keep it simple" way of doing thing without sacrifying the appearrance^^ At the end of the month, I will be going to Japan and when I saw your PG Aile Strike I understood I had to bring one from there! (by the way i really like the pose of your Aile Strike, it is even more beautiful without weapons!)
Ok, so as you must guess I have quite a few questions for you. I am currently practising on a no grade exia. I then have a Unicorn ver Ka waiting. next would be the Aile strike obviously. Regarding , the Exia, I am to the step of top coating, so my 1st question will be about that.
- what is the best way to Top coat a Gundam? Should I spray the whole figure, or arms, legs, body separated or even each pieces separeted? What's your experience? If I spray say a whole leg, I am afraid some part of the mecanism where the leg rotates will not be top coated because it is hidden and then if I move the leg, bare plastic will appear...

Ok, I will do the stock of Real touch markers and Weathering master sets in Japan also. I would love to see a more detailed tutorial about using those tools from you. that would be my next questions^^

Keep up the good work!

Pierre (France)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3566531518178950028.post-70209986263539781362012-11-18T17:00:52.826+11:002012-11-18T17:00:52.826+11:00You're very welcomed.
